Daily
Skincare (SPF, Vitamin C)
Fast food before 10 am
No caffeine (at all) or before 10 am
Bike to work
Daily Dozen for food → whole, unprocessed, plant-based, high protein
Overnight oats, chia, flaxseeds, berries, almond milk, creatine
Exercise
Bike back home
Stretching
Skincare (Retinol 2-3 times/week, Moisturiser)
Language practice
Bullet journalling
Reading before bed
Weekly
Groceries (delivered) on Sundays
Meal prep on Sundays
Laundry, house clean on Sunday
Plan the week on Sundays
Monthly

One highlight from each day
Top 5 goals for the month
Reflection on things that bring me energy and take away my energy
Life tasks dump & processing day
I still heavily dislike this one
One creative reflection day & one deep work day
I need to do better about scheduling these and sticking to them
Quarterly
Yearly goals review
A a few days of a trip to recover (eg a hiking trip or visiting family)
Systems I want to improve
Sunday weekly plan → could be optimised
Sunday or Saturday weekly “to read” catch-up could be optimised → It’s still not consistent
Planning rest more aggressively :)
